Booking & Payments
How do I secure my date?
To officially reserve your date for photography or videography coverage, we require a $200 deposit at the time of your online booking. Your event date is not fully secured on our calendar until this deposit is successfully processed.
Is the deposit refundable?
The $200 deposit is nonrefundable, as it ensures we turn away other inquiries for your specific date and time.
When is the final balance due?
Your remaining balance will be due prior to the day of your event. We will send you a clear invoice with all payment deadlines well in advance.
Terms & Media Release
Will my photos or videos be posted online?
Yes! We love showing off the beautiful moments we capture. Please note that by submitting your online booking and paying the deposit, you are officially agreeing to our standard terms of service and media release. This means Once a lifetime films reserves the right to use your event photos and video footage for our website gallery, portfolio, and promotional advertising materials.
What if I want my event to remain completely private?
If you require a strict non disclosure agreement or prefer that your media not be used for our portfolio, please let us know prior to booking so we can discuss privacy buyout options.
Event Coverage & Delivery
What types of events do you cover?
We specialize in premium multiple camera coverage for weddings, corporate events, and special milestone celebrations.
When will I receive my final photos and videos?
Our standard turnaround time is typically 4 to 6 weeks for full galleries and final video edits. This ensures we have ample time for professional color grading, audio mastering, and detailed retouching. We often try to provide a few sneak peeks within the first week!
How will my media be delivered?
Your high resolution photos and finalized video files will be delivered via a secure online digital gallery. From there, you can easily download your media and share the links directly with family and friends.
